Messina, Italy

Palace of Culture

Number of seats

The Palace of Culture is one of the largest multi-purpose centers in the city of Messina.

Realized on a project of 1975 by the engineer Aldo D’Amore and architect Fabio Basile, sees the light at the end of the years 2000. More precisely, on April 16, 2009 the works begun in 2005 were completed.

The building houses the largest city library, an 850-seat theater, an open-air music auditorium and small conference rooms.

The LCF company moves to the southern island and takes the reins of the exhibition into one of the most impressive rooms of the structure: the theater.

The OMEGA model armchair is the protagonist of the scene in the composition of the stalls and gallery.

The ruby red velvet covering and the ergonomic and essential shape of the armchair give a sense of elegant and functional modernity.

A great stage for the contemporary and classical culture of the Messina community.
